Our Policies

At Green Lake Marina, we want to keep smooth seas. So it’s important to follow a few policies.

Booking Policy

15% Non-Refundable Deposit is required with each rental.
Renters and drivers must be 18 years of age or older
Pets allowed at managers discretion. Which may also incur an additional cleaning fee
Fuel is included in rental price. Limit to one tank per rental.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental will be charged the full amount of the boat rental.
Cancellations outside of 72 hours of rental will lose 15% non-refundable deposit.

Weather Policy

Weather cancellations are at the discretion of Green Lake Marina Management.
We do not cancel boat rentals in advance based on weather forecast
Rentals cancelled due to inclement weather may only be rescheduled, not refunded (No refunds will be granted for early returns)
We want every rental to go as smoothly as possible, but we are not responsible for the weather.

Additional Information

Persons born after January 1, 1989 are required to hold a Boater Safety Certificate
Anyone 13 years of younger must wear a life jacket at all times.
Long terms rentals MUST have a proper boat lift in order to keep the boat over night
Customers are responsible for any damage to boats, and/or loss of equipment
Minimum $100 fee for late boat rental return
